Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for building and expanding Librex Group Offshore’s presence across all major social platforms. Working full‑time on‑site in Lebanon, the role involves planning, creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar for all channels.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, stories and videos that drive audience interaction.
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement.
• Coordinate media plans and digital campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and use insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas, ensure brand consistency and report campaign results.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven media‑planning capabilities for social and digital campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Relevant experience managing brand social accounts or digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic graphic or video editing.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work on‑site in Lebanon.
