Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

May Hanna Marketing Agency is hiring a full-time, office-based Social Media Executive & Content Creator in Dbayeh, Lebanon. The role covers everything from planning to publishing, including organic reels and trend-based content, for local, regional and international clients in F&B, hospitality, fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly content calendars based on brand strategy, content pillars, campaigns, offers and objectives
• Write captions, hooks, story text, on-screen text and content directions
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and campaigns across social platforms
• Track pending content, revisions, posting dates and internal feedback, and review content before publishing
• Organize content folders, references, captions, visuals and posting plans
• Handle basic community management and share internal content updates when needed
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams, research trends and competitors, and prepare moodboards and inspiration boards
• Shoot organic reels, stories and behind-the-scenes content by phone, and edit reels with Canva, CapCut or similar tools

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, content coordination or digital marketing
• Previous experience in a marketing agency, social media agency or in-house marketing team preferred
• Strong experience shooting and editing organic reels, stories and behind-the-scenes content
• Experience preparing content calendars for different brands
• Good English writing skills and strong organization, follow-up and time management

Required skills

• Reel editing with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools or AI tools is a plus
