About the role

Small Patterns, a growth‑marketing agency operating across Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Social Media Creative Strategist & Content Creator. • Edit rough drafts in CapCut or Premiere and hand‑off polished cuts to senior editors.
• Present concepts and performance results to clients, incorporate feedback and protect campaign effectiveness.
• Review weekly performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, cost‑per‑result) with media buyers and adjust plans accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years creating short‑form video content for brands with measurable performance results.
• Direct‑response mindset: ability to craft multiple hooks, address pain points and drive clear calls‑to‑action.
• Experience organizing and executing shoots from start to finish.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing non‑professional talent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written communication skills.
