Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Go Media SARL, a Beirut-founded digital marketing agency serving clients across Lebanon, the MENA region, Europe, Canada and the USA, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator in Zalqa. The role covers planning, creating and publishing content for client campaigns and the agency's own brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content calendars and produce copy and visual concepts for posts, stories, short videos and carousels adapted to each platform's best practices.
• Monitor trends, research audience behaviour and collaborate with designers, strategists and account managers to keep messaging consistent.
• Track basic performance metrics, suggest optimisations and propose creative campaign ideas aligned with the agency's focus on meaningful communication.

Required profile

• Strong social media content creation skills, including copywriting for posts, stories and short-form video captions.
• Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams, able to brief visual concepts and align content with brand guidelines.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle content calendars, deadlines and several projects at once.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, and prior agency or digital marketing experience, are beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with knowledge of platform-specific trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to use basic analytics tools to track engagement and reach and recommend content improvements.
