Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser implements the shop's displays according to the brand's Visual Merchandising guidelines, the store's image and the season's theme, and enhances the customer's shopping experience through engaging, visually appealing product displays across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Department to design seasonal displays, promotional setups and store layouts that match marketing initiatives.
• Support floor layout changes and stock positioning to optimise space and product visibility.
• Monitor store appearance regularly, keeping it tidy, well lit and visually appealing.
• Help plan lighting arrangements, themes, colours and danglers, and support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards across stores.
• Visit stores regularly to evaluate displays and give feedback, and help manage the inventory of Visual Merchandising materials and supplies.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions for new display concepts and promotional events.
• Coordinate the installation of new displays during renovations so that shops reopen with maximum visual impact.
• Travel to local and international stores to oversee installations and training, and adapt strategies to local cultures while keeping brand consistency.
• Develop and run visual merchandising strategies, including window displays, and keep up with the latest trends.
• Align with marketing and e-commerce for consistent visual storytelling, and report daily project progress to the Head of Department.

Required profile

• High school degree or bachelor's in Marketing or Arts.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Moderate written and spoken English and Arabic; French is a plus.
