Social Media Content Creator (Digital Content Specialist)

About the role

Monogram Studio is seeking a full‑time Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce digital content that aligns with the studio’s creative vision and client brand strategies. Based on‑site in Beirut, you will craft visual and written materials for social media and web, ensuring compelling storytelling across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conceptualise content ideas that support brand narratives.
• Create visual assets and copy for social media channels, websites and digital campaigns.
• Adapt and optimise content for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and creative directors to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics and refine content for higher engagement.
• Support the rollout of multi‑channel campaigns and manage content calendars.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability across social media, web and multimedia formats.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus) and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Experience working in a collaborative studio environment and handling multiple projects.
• Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
