Social Media & Brand Coordinator

About the role

OΛMY, a premium activewear brand, is seeking a creative and ambitious Social Media & Brand Coordinator to join the team in Beirut. This hands‑on position works directly with the founder and spans content creation, social media management, influencer collaborations, customer experience, website updates, inventory control, and showroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts.
• Create and edit photo and video content for brand channels.
• Coordinate influencers, UGC creators, and partnership collaborations.
• Handle community engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and moderate comments.
• Develop and launch email marketing campaigns.
• Upload and maintain product listings on the website.
• Support photoshoots, product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist showroom customers and process sales through POS.
• Update inventory records and oversee order fulfillment.
• Contribute to the day‑to‑day growth of the business.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a fast learning curve.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Available to work on‑site in Beirut.

Required skills

• Experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Experience with influencers, UGC creators, or community management.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Shopify, and email‑marketing tools.
• Interest in fashion, branding, and current social‑media trends.
