Site Construction Supervisor / Site Engineer

About the role

Sprig Contracting is looking for a hands-on Site Construction Supervisor or Site Engineer to oversee construction and fit-out works in Lebanon. The role is about supervising daily site activity and making sure works follow approved drawings and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
• Take site measurements, check quantities and report progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized site and follow up on snagging through completion.

Required profile

• Profile experience supervising construction, renovation and fit-out works.
• Civil engineering qualification or relevant practical site supervision experience.
• Ability to manage site teams and take responsibility for execution.

Required skills

• Good understanding of drawings, construction details and finishing trades.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
