About the role

We’re Hiring — Showroom Sales Executive STRACCI / SICHY s.a.r.l. is looking for a proactive Showroom Sales Executive for our showroom in Dekwaneh, Lebanon. This role goes beyond receiving customers in the showroom. We need someone who can actively sell, follow up, develop strong customer relationships, and help increase repeat business.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist wholesale customers in the showroom
Present and sell the full collection
Build complete outfits and recommend matching products
Contact customers and invite them to visit the showroom
Follow up with customers after visits and quotations
Maintain customer, order, and visit records in our CRM/ERP system
Develop existing accounts and support new customer acquisition

Required profile

Previous experience in retail or wholesale fashion sales
Strong selling, communication, and customer follow‑up skills
Good fashion sense and product‑matching ability
Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and Excel
Arabic and English required; French is a plus
Organised, reliable, and results‑oriented
