Shop Manager, Sales Executive & Visual Merchandiser Positions in Beirut

About the role

Pearl Brands is expanding its presence in Beirut’s leading malls and is looking for energetic retail professionals to join its teams. The openings include Shop Managers, Sales Executives and Visual Merchandisers who will uphold the standards of international fashion and luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end store operations, achieve P&L targets and lead store teams (Shop Manager).
• Manage staff schedules, drive daily sales, control inventory and enforce brand operational standards on the floor.
• Engage visitors, present collection highlights, handle point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain product display standards (Sales Executive).
• Execute regional visual merchandising guidelines, curate window displays, optimise floor layout ergonomics and manage lighting and styling (Visual Merchandiser).

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, fashion or customer‑facing service roles relevant to the applied position.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Customer‑centric attitude, high grooming standards and flexibility to work shift schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
