About the role
Hinnawi International Group is expanding its team at Cascada Mall in Taanayel, Bekaa. We are seeking experienced Shop Managers to lead store operations and enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service in a fashion retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation and promotional activities.
- Assist customers, advise on product selection and process transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in retail, fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- For Shop Manager roles: proven team‑leadership experience.
- For head‑office related tasks: proficiency with relevant software and strategic planning skills.
