SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven SEO & Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise both organic and paid acquisition channels. The role focuses on driving traffic, improving search rankings, and maximising ROI across platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
• Optimise website structure, metadata and content for search engines.
• Monitor and improve website performance metrics such as rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Manage backlink outreach and link‑building initiatives.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) using Google Analytics, Search Console and ad platform dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
