SEO and Google Ads Specialist (Part-Time)

About the role

A part-time SEO and Google Ads Specialist is needed in Beirut, working in a hybrid setting with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The specialist plans, implements and optimizes search engine optimization and paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing team to align them with overall campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and perform detailed SEO audits
• Improve on-page elements and manage link-building initiatives to increase organic visibility
• Monitor and interpret web analytics
• Optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Prepare performance reports with clear, actionable insights

Required profile

• Ability to carry out comprehensive keyword research and detailed SEO audits
• Experience with on-page SEO, including metadata, content structure and technical best practices
• Link-building knowledge following ethical, white-hat SEO guidelines
• Web analytics skills, including tracking, reporting and interpretation with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including bidding, targeting and A/B testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM tools (Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar) is highly beneficial; a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or prior digital marketing or agency experience, is an advantage
