Senior UX/UI Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑powered SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications and intelligent agents. You will own the full product design lifecycle, from client discovery and research through prototyping, handoff, launch and post‑launch optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX/UI projects from discovery, research and problem framing to design, development handoff, launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, workshops and brainstorming sessions to capture objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
• Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes for AI‑driven applications.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes and design tokens.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate design processes while validating outputs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide production‑ready handoffs.
• Present concepts, research insights and design rationale to international clients and stakeholders.
• Document case studies, SOPs and internal knowledge resources.
• Mentor junior designers and help shape the design function, with potential to evolve into a team‑lead role.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes and measurable outcomes.
• Confident client‑facing communication and ability to lead workshops and presentations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, design systems).
• Experience using AI design assistance tools (e.g., Claude).
