Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

VML is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its Customer Experience (CX) team in Beirut. In this senior position you will shape digital products and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients, translating business objectives into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UI design from concept through implementation for multiple client projects, ensuring visual excellence and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate closely with CX Strategists, UX Designers, and Developers to turn complex requirements into effective user interfaces.
• Champion user‑centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the design process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user‑centric solutions.

Required profile

• Highly skilled and passionate senior designer with a strong portfolio of UI work.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and defending design decisions.
• Experience applying user‑centered design, usability, and accessibility guidelines.
