Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its growing professional services business. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless experience for new hires across the firm’s audit, tax and advisory lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria aligned with workforce planning.
• Create and publish job postings on online channels and social media platforms.
• Conduct sourcing, mapping and talent‑pool building activities, including relationships with agencies and universities.
• Screen resumes, prepare interview guides and interview shortlisted candidates.
• Participate in creative, cost‑effective sourcing initiatives while supporting diversity goals.
• Represent KPMG at job fairs and university events to promote employer branding.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and confirm official start dates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a multinational professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and talent market trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
