About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across multiple regions, ensuring high‑quality hires that align with BUTEC’s strategic objectives. This role combines operational oversight, advisory support, and employer branding initiatives to position BUTEC as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage full life‑cycle talent acquisition for branches in Lebanon, Qatar, UAE, Iraq, KSA, Jordan, Algeria and Africa.
• Review work quality, identify discrepancies, conduct investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Provide guidance, training and best‑practice advice to recruitment teams and internal stakeholders.
• Update and standardize talent acquisition policies, procedures and job descriptions across all locations.
• Set objectives and KPIs, prepare statistical reports and recommend improvements.
• Lead employer‑branding projects such as career fairs, university presentations and internship programs.
• Oversee new‑employee orientation and probation‑period performance monitoring.
• Coordinate staffing plans to meet project needs while preserving in‑house talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration (Master’s a plus).
• 8‑10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in the engineering or construction sector is preferred.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
