Senior System Validation & Verification Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Validation & Verification Engineer to ensure our products meet quality, performance and reliability standards before release. The role works closely with software, firmware, FPGA, hardware and systems teams to validate complex solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with engineering and product teams to define validation objectives, methodologies and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute system‑level validation and verification strategies, standards and best practices.
• Develop test plans, test cases, validation procedures and regression test suites.
• Create and maintain validation frameworks, test benches and automation solutions.
• Establish validation KPIs, quality metrics and release readiness criteria.
• Perform functional, performance, integration, reliability and regression testing.
• Manage databases tracking test results, validation activities and product quality metrics.
• Generate validation reports and communicate quality status, risks and recommendations.
• Mentor junior validation engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, FPGA, hardware, solutions and deployment teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support customer escalations requiring deep technical investigation and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in system validation, verification, test engineering or quality engineering.
• Experience validating integrated hardware, software, firmware and FPGA systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
