Signal Integrity Testing Technician

About the role
We are looking for a Signal Integrity Testing Technician to perform RF and high‑speed measurements in our laboratory. The role supports test setup, calibration, data acquisition and first‑level troubleshooting in close collaboration with engineering, production and quality teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare devices under test, fixtures, cables, adapters and instruments according to approved procedures and test plans.
- Verify connections, instrument status, calibration validity and required test conditions before each measurement.
- Operate VNAs, TDR/TDT systems, oscilloscopes and related equipment to measure insertion loss, return loss, crosstalk, phase and impedance.
- Perform calibration and verification checks, record test setups, conditions, results and observations in approved templates.
- Investigate unexpected results, repeat permitted tests and escalate findings to the team lead when necessary.
- Handle, clean, label and store devices, cables, adapters, fixtures and equipment following ESD and handling requirements.
- Support routine equipment checks, calibration scheduling and report any equipment faults.
- Maintain an organized workstation and adhere to laboratory safety, quality control and document‑control procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, production and quality teams to complete tests and assist in validation and troubleshooting activities.
Required profile
- Technical diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics or a related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 0‑2 years of experience in electronics testing, laboratory work or electronics manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of RF and signal‑integrity measurements, including S‑parameters, loss, impedance and crosstalk.
- Ability to follow test plans, drawings, work instructions and calibration procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data recording.
- Clear English communication, teamwork orientation and ability to work under pressure.
