Senior Software Developer (Remote, Lebanon)

About the role

Inspire Innovations is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join its remote team. You will help build AI‑powered automation solutions for the insurance industry, focusing on Medical Stop Loss and Property & Casualty.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software applications.
• Lead architectural design discussions and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, QA, and operations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and innovation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with deep expertise in Java and Angular.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and best‑practice coding.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; insurance or financial services background is a plus.
