Senior Social Media Specialist

About the role

AGA Communication Network, a full-service advertising and marketing agency active in the MENA region since over 25 years, is hiring a Senior Social Media Specialist in Beirut. The role manages social media for CGG brands that operate across GCC markets, working with creative and content teams to deliver on-brand content and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for CGG brands, aligned with overall brand objectives and positioning.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, including content planning, copywriting and curation, to drive engagement and channel growth.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports, analyse engagement metrics and social listening insights, and recommend content optimisation opportunities.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing and digital campaign execution across social media platforms.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and emerging opportunities to improve brand performance.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Preferred: knowledge of the automotive industry.
