E-Commerce Growth Lead

About the role

NA Brands is a Lebanon-based group running several fast-growing online fashion stores, including NA Brands, Comfy Chic and Slay. It is looking for an E-Commerce Growth Lead who will own what drives its online sales: the ads, the website and the team behind it.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (and Google where it makes sense), and manage ad budgets against ROAS and cost per order
• Own tracking and reporting: Pixel, catalog and conversion events, plus weekly numbers on spend, orders and revenue
• Build the growth strategy for each store: offers, promotions, product and landing page improvements, and checkout conversion
• Lead the store manager and day-to-day team, set priorities, review output and keep everyone aligned on sales targets
• Work directly with the owner on budgets, priorities and results

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce, ideally in fashion or COD markets
• Experience guiding a small team or coordinating with one
• Fluent Arabic and English

Required skills

• Strong Shopify knowledge (products, variants, collections, apps, checkout)
• Analytics and tracking: GA4, Meta catalog, Pixel
• Data-driven, practical and fast-moving approach
