About the role

An experienced Senior Social Media Manager is sought to lead the company's social media strategy, content planning and digital presence. The role covers strategy, account management, content creation and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts
• Plan, create and schedule engaging content
• Monitor social media trends and identify growth opportunities
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and marketing teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating content creation
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines
