Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its technology, marketing, finance and other business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and build strong talent pipelines across Lebanon and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously improve sourcing strategies across social media, job boards, professional networks and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, align recruitment processes and provide strategic guidance.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify talent trends and build diverse candidate pools.
• Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Perform in‑depth screening and competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding and cross‑functional Talent Acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in technology‑focused companies.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
