Senior QA Engineer – Playwright Automation

About the role

We are designing the grid of the future and need a skilled QA Engineer to build and maintain automated test frameworks for our web applications. You will work with Playwright, modern CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python).
• Build modular, reusable automation frameworks and integrate them into GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke and cross‑browser testing, both automated and manual.
• Collaborate with development teams to define test plans, document defects and verify fixes.
• Analyze test results, provide insights and continuously improve automation processes.
• Mentor team members on Playwright and automation best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience writing automated tests with Playwright.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (or Python) for test development.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with REST API testing tools such as Postman.
• Good analytical, debugging and communication skills.
