Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Project Coordinator will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within Monty Finance's digital commerce ecosystem. Working closely with product, technology, commercial, and compliance teams, you will ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of e‑commerce and related projects, maintaining timelines, milestones, and risk logs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and dashboards for assigned initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Management, Technology, Commercial Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation actions.
• Support merchant onboarding, payment integrations, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, production deployments, and post‑launch support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and change requests.
• Prepare regular status reports, KPI dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and project management methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and leverage AI‑assisted project management tools responsibly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, e‑commerce, digital products, fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional technology or digital transformation projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
