About the role

The client is a performance‑driven digital marketing agency that generates high‑quality leads for construction and local service businesses through Facebook advertising. As a Senior Performance Marketer / Media Buyer you will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid campaigns for contractors such as roofers, flooring specialists, and painters, ensuring consistent lead flow and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns focused on lead generation for local service contractors.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot landing pages, automated nurturing workflows, and CRM structures within GoHighLevel.
• Repurpose client videos and photos into fresh ad creatives using Canva, AI video/voice‑over tools, and editing software.
• Monitor performance data, diagnose dips, and run A/B tests or strategic pivots independently.
• Collaborate daily with the internal Customer Success Manager to align lead quality, content needs, and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating leads for local services (roofing, concrete, flooring, painting, etc.) with measurable ROI.
• Strategic thinker who can work autonomously and solve technical issues before they impact campaigns.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level) and a commitment to integrity and single‑employment focus.
