Senior Paid Social Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to own the end‑to‑end execution, optimisation and performance of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X. You will combine analytical rigor with creative testing to deliver measurable results for our clients while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and test audience segmentation, creative variations and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS, CPA, engagement and reach.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement actionable improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic and Analytics teams to deliver integrated cross‑channel solutions.
• Stay updated on platform innovations, new ad formats and algorithm changes, testing new features when relevant.
• Support client calls, quarterly reviews and strategic discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior paid social executives to ensure quality and consistency in campaign delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid social campaign management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong client‑facing experience with confident communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity for creative testing, data analysis and emerging paid social trends.
