Senior Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join Nebo’s growing team. You will lead the paid media strategy for multiple clients, balancing hands‑on campaign execution with team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the paid media subject‑matter expert and develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
• Plan, execute, manage, and report on campaigns across paid search, social, display, retargeting, and video.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Review deliverables, provide feedback, and support new‑business pitches.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated digital marketing plans.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on paid media management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple digital channels.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
