About the role
Podify is looking for a senior outbound sales specialist to drive new business by booking strategy calls with high‑level thought leaders who want to launch or scale podcasts. You will combine creative prospecting with data‑driven pipeline management to help clients grow their influence through podcast production, branding, and guest placement.
Key responsibilities
- Use cold email, LinkedIn and social selling to book sales strategy calls with authors, speakers and entrepreneurs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify decision‑makers and craft compelling outreach.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow‑ups, overcome objections and guide prospects from call to proposal to sale.
- Support guest booking and podcast placement to expand client audiences and authority.
- Maintain a data‑driven pipeline, tracking outreach, conversions and sales KPIs.
Required profile
- 2+ years of proven outbound sales or lead‑generation experience, preferably in media, podcasting or content marketing.
- Self‑starter with a goal‑oriented mindset who thrives in an autonomous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade.
- Familiarity with podcasting or digital media is a plus.
