About the role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead our thriving Food & Beverage business at Amaretti, a popular urban café in Beirut. The role requires strategic oversight of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high‑quality service, and continuous innovation across multiple outlets.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality operations management, preferably handling several outlets.
- Excellent knowledge and commitment to Amaretti’s culture and values.
- Ability to plan work schedules, assign duties and manage staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of business dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure, cope with stress and take initiative independently.
- Customer‑service orientation and team‑working mindset.
- Readiness to work long hours with flexibility and mobility.
Required skills
- Proven knowledge of Micros POS systems.
- Mathematical skills for budgeting and analysis.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage safety, hygiene procedures and HACCP guidelines.
