Senior Mobile and AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior developer to build the mobile experience of BC4Construction from the ground up and shape a product used daily by field and office teams. This is a product‑building role, not a maintenance assignment. You will influence architecture, technology choices, user experience and delivery while connecting real construction workflows to Business Central and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Build a modern iOS and Android application using React Native and TypeScript.
• Design fast, intuitive offline‑first workflows and synchronize data with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Integrate secure REST, OData and Microsoft Graph APIs and implement CI/CD, testing and monitoring pipelines.
• Develop an AI‑driven assistant that extracts information from text, voice, photos or documents and triggers actions in Business Central.

Required profile

• 6–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong React skills with production experience in React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and integrate REST APIs, authentication flows and data‑intensive systems.
• Experience working independently and translating ambiguous requirements into reliable product features.
