Senior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Marketing Coordinator develops and executes targeted marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share. The role covers designing and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing budgets and working with internal teams and stakeholders, while analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor activity.

Key responsibilities

• Turn brand marketing strategy into localized trade marketing plans and calendar rollouts for retail stores and wholesale partners
• Plan and oversee retail pop-ups, window displays, seasonal promotions and product launches
• Manage the retail promotional calendar with Sales, Category Management and Buying teams
• Oversee the design, production and distribution of POS materials, displays, merchandising units and signage, keeping brand visual standards consistent
• Liaise with suppliers, printers and creative agencies within agreed budgets and timelines
• Build relationships with retailers, mall management and distributors to secure promotional space and co-marketing opportunities
• Train retail sales and merchandising teams on products and promotions
• Assist in managing the trade marketing budget and track ROI, footfall impact and sell-through data
• Carry out regular market visits and competitor analysis

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or brand management, preferably in fast-paced retail, FMCG, fashion or multi-brand distribution
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Project management and organization, with attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and understanding of retail math, inventory flow and sell-through drivers
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design or project management tools is a plus
