Senior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Logistics Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end international shipments for Aviat Networks, overseeing inbound and outbound transportation across our Amsterdam and Singapore distribution centers and coordinating drop‑shipments to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor shipments in strict compliance with Incoterms.
• Maintain import/export documentation, including certificates of origin and HS codes.
• Track shipment status, RMAs and pending orders, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor unshipped orders and collaborate with the Order Fulfilment team.
• Extract tracking data from carrier platforms and develop data‑mining methodologies for analysis.
• Oversee road, ocean and air transportation, working with carriers, freight forwarders and 3PLs.
• Analyse routes to reduce lead times and transportation costs while mitigating risks.
• Communicate shipment updates to internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Manage pre‑shipment inspections and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Handle all aspects of Letters of Credit, including documentation and negotiation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international logistics and cross‑shipping methods.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance processes and trade regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, order management, operations and supply‑chain functions.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate shipment records.
