Senior Internal Auditor – Product Lead

About the role

Oversight is building an agentic AI platform that automates internal audit and GRC workflows for regulated clients in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Internal Auditor – Product Lead, you will act as the audit practitioner inside the product, shaping how the platform encodes audit methodology and regulatory content.

Key responsibilities

• Define audit workflows the platform will generate and execute, covering risk assessment, audit universe, planning, control testing, workpapers, findings, and follow‑up.
• Write the criteria and quality standards used to evaluate AI‑generated outputs and test the results against those standards.
• Build and maintain the Saudi regulatory content layer (SAMA, NCA, PDPL, Companies Law, ZATCA, etc.) that clients use for self‑assessment.
• Conduct demos, pilot onboarding, and working sessions with Chief Audit Executives and audit teams, translating feedback into product roadmap items.
• Prioritise the product roadmap together with the founder and CTO and defend decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on internal audit experience, including fieldwork, preferably in a Big 4 firm or a regulated in‑house audit function.
• Direct experience working in the GCC, with a solid understanding of Saudi audit practices and regulator behaviour.
• Working knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks such as SAMA, NCA, PDPL, Companies Law, and ZATCA.
• Strong written English for methodology documents, criteria, and client‑facing material.
• Comfort with rapid iteration, public mistakes, and shipping imperfect solutions quickly.

Required skills

• Experience using audit management tools such as TeamMate, Archer, or AuditBoard and the ability to articulate their limitations.
