Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer to lead HR operations for Kit&Co, a ready‑to‑eat and ready‑to‑cook food business within Toters. The role will support both headquarters and kitchen teams, ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to employee movements and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate recruitment for kitchen and HQ positions, handling job postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and HRIS data.
• Monitor attendance, shifts, leaves, overtime and provide timely payroll inputs.
• Handle employee relations matters, support managers with concerns, and ensure consistent disciplinary processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, attendance and leave matters.
• Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics such as headcount, turnover and absenteeism.
• Collaborate with operations and kitchen management to address workforce planning and operational HR needs.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in food‑service or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving setting.
• Effective communication skills to support both HQ and kitchen staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
