Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging & Social Media

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with deep expertise in packaging and social media design. In this role you will shape compelling visual experiences that align with client brand identities and drive marketing success.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including brand collateral, social media graphics, print and digital ads, packaging, and website visuals.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring consistency and high‑quality output.
• Maintain brand guidelines while delivering innovative and impactful designs.
• Manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts to clients, articulate creative decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Oversee brand asset libraries, templates, and design systems.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in branding, social media, campaign, and visual identity design, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and styles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using Canva.
