Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

BLNK Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of branding, digital, and marketing projects. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution to create compelling visual stories for a variety of client touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of branding, digital campaigns, social media assets, presentations, print collateral and brand identities.
• Translate briefs into high‑quality visual concepts while ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints.
• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, content creators and the wider creative team.
• Present concepts confidently, incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative creative culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or branding environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of branding, typography, layout, color theory and visual storytelling.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing or Figma is a strong advantage.
