Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

May Hanna Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Dbayeh. The ideal candidate will translate brand strategy into compelling visual solutions for a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for branding, campaigns, social media, packaging, and presentations.
• Create visual identities, key visuals, layouts, and comprehensive brand systems.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats while ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce social media assets such as posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and ads.
• Prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and visual mock‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and account teams.
• Guide junior designers and ensure production‑ready files for print and digital use.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, branding, or marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaigns, packaging, and presentations.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, colour, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with F&B, hospitality, fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of After Effects.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with Canva.
