Junior Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team. In this full‑time position you will produce visual content for digital and physical channels while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, campaigns and promotional assets.
• Create vehicle branding concepts for trucks, delivery vans and company cars.
• Develop large‑format visuals such as billboards and outdoor advertising.
• Produce promotional materials including banners, flyers and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork according to printing and production specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on current graphic design, social media and advertising trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or food & beverage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, vehicle branding and large‑format work.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
