Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand across all retail and marketing touchpoints. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design, ensuring our brand is consistently compelling in both physical and digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for retail campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Design marketing materials across multiple channels, including in‑store signage, packaging, digital assets, social media, e‑commerce, email campaigns, and print collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and e‑commerce teams to support business goals.
• Lead the design process from concept through final production, managing briefs, layouts, revisions, and approvals.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers when needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with design trends, retail market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Report to the Creative & Marketing Director and present work to Brand Managers and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to design for both print and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced retail environment.
