Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst supports the company’s financial planning, budgeting and performance analysis. Working closely with business leaders, the analyst provides insight into key metrics and helps drive strategic decisions through accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models, variance analyses and management reports.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and other functions to support financial planning.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and working capital.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and executive presentations.
• Evaluate business cases, capital expenditure proposals and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and improve financial dashboards, reporting tools and planning processes.
• Ensure consistency of planning assumptions and performance reporting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or business finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in a multinational, technology, manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
