Senior Finance Manager – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who is fluent in French to lead our accounting, financial planning, reporting and analysis functions. The role will drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger) and oversee day‑to‑day finance operations.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, banks and auditors, and with internal senior management and department heads.
• Ensure accurate recording of all transactions, periodic balance reviews, and timely updates of the fixed‑assets register.
• Develop, maintain and update accounting policies in line with IFRS, VAT laws and risk‑management frameworks.
• Prepare financial statements and internal/external reports, manage monthly and ad‑hoc reporting, and design MIS and business‑review dashboards.
• Produce and review project cost reports, manage variation orders and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Build, lead and develop the finance team, conduct performance evaluations and address training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in Arabic and French.
• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• 12‑14 years of finance experience, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience handling complex portfolios.
• Exposure to investment, real‑estate and emerging sectors is a plus.
