Senior Executive - Programmatic

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA's core unit, which supports partner agencies across Europe and the GCC, is hiring a Senior Executive - Programmatic. The role covers the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of programmatic campaigns across a portfolio of clients, using data and insights to improve performance while working with internal teams, clients and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across OLV, CTV, Audio and Display.
• Manage day-to-day campaign delivery so campaigns run accurately and in line with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse campaign data and turn results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work with planning, performance and other specialist teams to integrate programmatic activity into the wider media strategy.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners and support junior team members where required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in programmatic media, preferably in a media agency or digital performance environment.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience across OLV, CTV, Audio and Display.
• Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, measurement, reporting and optimisation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Amazon or similar.
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills, able to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
