Senior Executive - Content Delivery

About the role

The Senior Executive – Content Delivery will lead the always‑on social presence for brands operating in Saudi Arabia and South Africa. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation, ensuring that brand objectives are met through timely, trend‑driven social media activity.

Key responsibilities

• Immerse in local markets to understand social context, trends and reactive opportunities.
• Develop and execute content ideas (animation, shooting and design are not primary focus).
• Lead operations internally with creative teams and externally with clients.
• Monitor performance, pivot strategies based on data, trends and results.
• Act as the knowledge hub for social trends, platform features and brand communication.
• Create brand‑owned or influencer‑owned content across platforms, aligning with brief objectives.
• Identify moments, formats and trends to inspire new content.
• Focus on strong writing, storytelling and meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in a similar content or social media role.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social listening tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• High computer literacy and solid knowledge of social media platforms and post formats.
