Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Infosysta is seeking a versatile Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive its entire marketing function across the Middle East. The role combines strategic planning, creative content creation, technical web management, and data‑driven execution to support regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and markets (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon).
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale multi‑channel digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, email and other platforms, managing budgets, audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Create high‑quality marketing collateral, thought‑leadership content, graphics, sales enablement materials and event assets.
• Manage social media channels, content calendar, community engagement and promotion of webinars and live events.
• Maintain the Infosysta website using WordPress and Elementor, build landing pages, implement SEO best practices and monitor performance with GA4.
• Oversee CRM operations, lead tracking, scoring, reporting and analytics for executive leadership.
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with Atlassian and other technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B technology or digital transformation marketing.
• Highly autonomous self‑starter able to juggle multiple urgent priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong B2B copywriting skills.
