About the role
Agoda is looking for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, turning large‑scale experiments into actionable insights that improve customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run experiments on ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
- Develop predictive models to measure the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track performance metrics and highlight growth levers.
- Analyse experiment data, generate insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role within a fast‑growing global tech company.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with statistical or data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA.
