Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions

About the role

The Senior Business Developer for Technology & Digital Solutions will lead revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities in the tech and digital services market. You will work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations in collaboration with design, development, and architecture teams.
• Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate handover from sales to execution and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Accounting to align sales efforts, pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue performance, pipeline status, conversion rates, and forecasts using the company’s CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions, digital services, or software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual; trilingual is a plus.
