About the role

The Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities within the technology and digital services sector. The role combines client acquisition, consultative selling, and long‑term account development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets in coordination with leadership.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations together with internal design, development, and architecture teams.
• Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate handover from sales to execution and ensure service quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Accounting to align sales efforts, pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue performance, pipeline status, conversion rates, and forecasts through the company’s CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies to enhance sales positioning.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions, digital services, or software‑related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bilingual; trilingual is a plus.
