Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Developer to accelerate revenue growth within the technology and digital solutions sector. The role combines client acquisition, consultative selling, and long‑term account development to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations in collaboration with design, development, and architecture teams.
• Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial commercial terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate handover from sales to execution teams to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales efforts with branding and campaign initiatives.
• Work with Finance to ensure pricing accuracy, invoicing alignment, and revenue tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue performance, pipeline status, conversion rates, and forecasts using the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions, digital services, or software industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bilingual communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
